Name your files to be uploaded with the same name as your job name. Use only numbers and letters - use no spaces or you will get a "permission denied" message. It is o.k. to use an underscore or dash, but no other characters! Keep file name under 20 characters in length. If you have multiple files to upload please use one of the following compression utilities to create a compressed archive; Alladin Stuff-it, or pkZip (WinZip).

Important Note: After your files have been successfully uploaded, our Prepress Department will check to make certain that your job will print properly. It is your designer's responsibility to confirm with your project coordinator that we have not only received your file, but that it has been prepared correctly and is ready for print. Please call your Project Coordinator, Francisco or James at extension 23 or Hanson at extension 12.

PC users, you absolutely must convert your type to paths in Illustrator and Freehand or we will not be able to print your job.

Mac users, you should use Stuff-it with everything you send even if its only one file! This will prevent broken resource files.

Don't worry if you don't see your files show up in the list after you upload them. If you don't get an error message, assume the transfer was sucessful.
